The Birmingham News wrote an article (found here) on my Great-Uncle Rebel Steiner who played in the 1946 Rose Bowl against USC! In 1945, he led the team with 18 receptions for 315 yards and 4 touchdowns! (He led the team again in 1947 with 23 receptions, 295 yards, and 4 touchdowns.) It's going to be great visiting the Rose Bowl and participating in Alabama history!
